14K White Gold Round-cut CZ Cubic Zirconia Ladies Solitaire Wedding Engagement Ring Band - Size 9 ReviewOk, let me start this review with the item looking really great. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful ring which my fiancee' loves at this point. The cz diamond looks flawless and the white gold was of good quality.
The main issue i had was during the initial shipment. first of all I never got a tracking number when they sent out the original item. An email was a few days later stating that the item never made it. After a few days, they sent me the replacement with tracking number but it was the wrong size and i had to return it back to them. after a few more frustrating emails back and forth i finally got the right sized ring. I would have loved to do business with them again but after having to go thru this ordeal i'll take my business somewhere else. It would be great if a customer service # would be available so that the situation could have been resolved much faster but apparently not.
